I hired Primrose at the beginning of Feb 2017 planning to start with their job in April.
I purchased the package at $140+tax and $150 for the Spring cleaning + $150 for the fall cleaning. There are three packages available that cost: $140, $165,$190 + tax. The other two, according to my quote and to the web site, feature something else like fertilizer applications, aeration, weeds control for customers that need this; in my case I have another company deputed to do that.
We did an agreement and the owner reviewed it and agree with all the terms.
Mr.Fred is the owner and he started at the end of April 2017 as per our agreement.
According to my knowledge and past experience with other people, he is a good guy and he works with dignity and he knows enough to do his job properly.
The real huge issue is that I saw him only three times on a total of 10 times because he sent a crew with young people totally inadequate to their job and they caused damages to my property like broken landscaping lights and sprinkler heads plus are not familiar at all with the tools and unable to manage the basic things of this job like replace damaged grass with a new grass roll (work paid extra) or cut the grass at the right height. In fact the owner fired these persons, changing the crew two or three times in two months. During this period I was outside to "supervise" these guys avoiding further issues. At the same time he justified his absence telling me that he has had for four times problems related with trucks, like failures and accidents. I complained many times that I was unhappy of this situation and he understood making his apologies because the problem was clearly evident. In the mean time I paid him regularly with my cheque upon invoice. When I was very sick and tired I told him that if he is not able to honour his commitments in terms to respect our agreement then I prefer to cancel the contract looking for another Company. He said that he was available to respect the contract working personally over my place but he asked to increase the monthly rating of $50 for package that foresees his personal presence (he named that VIP package). Never he mentioned this kind of package and there is no evidence on their web site, not even any explanation on the quote. I'm an intellectual honest person but I can not stand up if somebody try to insult my intelligence. This is a big mistake! Nobody can change the rules after the game has started.
Seems to be loud and clear the hidden speculation of this action! I deny any negotiation and I'm writing this review for all the potential customers to be aware to this kind of company. I have all documents in my archive beyond my credibility.

As Mr. Raffaelle mentioned our agreement was $140 for four visits a month for $35.00 a visit. Each visit Mr.Raffaele made us stay at his property for over 45 minutes. Not only Mr. Raffaelle had extra work he demanded that each visit the owner of the company should be present and at we should be at his property at a specific time andspecifc day regardless of weather conditions a day prior or after. After few visits we realized that for the fee Mr. Raffaelle was paying we were not able meeting his expectations due to our high labour cost. So we politely requested from Mr. Raffaelle in order to meet his high demands and expectations we need to increase the fee to meet our minimum cost. We do not have any hidden fees. We request to increase our fee only when our clients expectations and demands become unrealistic based on our original fee. Mr.Raffaelle was paying us only $35 per visit and was expecting 3 crew members to work for 45 minutes at his property each getting paid minimum of $16 per hour. Basically Mr. Raffaelle fee was not even covering our cost. We always do our best to meet our clients expectations. In rare cases such as Mr. Raffaelles when the scope of work becomes complicated we request to oncrease our fees. If client agrees we gladly carry on our services if not by mutual agreement we terminate our contract. We hope this clarifies the the point of view of both parties.
