The gentlemen were very professional and polite. They answered all my stupid questions clearly. Was most impressed at how quickly they worked, but more importantly, how cleanly. They brought a trash can with them and cleaned the porch and kitchen floor every step of the way to insure no mess was left behind. They took all the materials they took out with them as well (after asking if I wanted to keep the old doors). Now we have a working patio door that looks ten times better than the old, barely working one.
