Windows scratched and not clean

MacKlean workers showed up on time but missed multiple dirt spots on multiple windows. I got them to reclean a window where spots were missed and when they scrubbed with their brush on end (not how it is meant to be used) they scratched my window. Kevin at MacKlean denies that his workers did the damage and they have not helped to fix their damage.
