About three years ago we had a major renovation done in our home with Pulsar Design. We got their name from a neighbour who was very satisfied with their work.
The work involved a complete renovation of our Kitchen, removal of a wall to and upgrading of the family room and a complete renovation of our ensuite bathroom.
Pulsar was not only responsible for the design but also to get the work done.
We worked with Lillian in the design work and spent many hours on the design and materials for the job. I am sure she was frustrated with us on a couple of occasions but worked with us to complete the design and work.
I feel her willingness to work with us and her knowledge of products, design and construction was a major factor in the success of the job. Her attention to detail, particularly on the plans, was very necessary to fit in all the equipment we desired as well as solutions to problems encountered to complete the job in a successful manner without reducing our desires.
Lillian worked with us on the design of a special cabinet in our ensuite bathroom to service my wife who needed special facilities for a physical problem she had.
It did not go without some hidden problems but Lillian was up to those problems without a major change in our design.
The contractor hired for the job was very competent and did the job in a very workman like manner. One good feature was that he cleaned up the work place at the end of every day as we continued to live in the house during the construction period.
Due to unforeseen problems and delays in obtaining some of the materials, the job was delayed slightly but not unduly so. We could have changed the materials to speed up the job but did not want to change the design or materials so opted for the delay.
As the work went along there were minor changes or additions made either by us or at the suggestion of the contractor and Lillian was able to incorporate these in the project without a problem.
I would certainly recommend Lillian and Pulsar Design for any design work and/or renovations or additions you may want to make.
