Jim was relentless in restoring my old furnace so it would see me through a few more years, but I decided it was getting up in years and asked him to put in a new Keep Rite. This was on a cold Friday, early March, and said he would install the new one on Monday. He even brought over 2 electric heaters for my use over the weekend as the temperature was just at the freezing mark. Jim and his men were over at 8;30 Monday morning and didn't stop until after 5 P.M. Great crew of fellows- efficient, respectable, polite. I definitely would recommend Britain for any future furnace repairs or installs . Jim is a professional and is fair in his pricing. Sylvia R.
