Mango Wood Table - Buyer Beware!
Purchased the 79" Wright Rough Industrial mango dining table X legs and was facetimed the table via WhatsApp call and it looked great. Each table in this design is unique as it is handmade. The one we received had a very uneven surface. So it is not conducive to use for it's purpose of a dining table. When you place your glass or canned drinks on the table they sit on an angle in some areas which keeps causing issues of spills. Your dinner plates keep tipping back n forth on a couple of the seats because of how the surface is so uneven there so it's a bit off when trying to eat. Buyer beware before purchasing as the table looks smooth in the pictures and the description doesn't detail that the table top is not smooth. A little bit of unevenness one may be able to deal with, but there are large bows in certain areas and the one you will be shown on FaceTime may be a different one or it is not clear enough to see how uneven the surface actually is. No remedy from company as they say it's not a manufacturing defect and that's the feature of it. This feature has no benefit. So be careful when purchasing their dining tables as it may not be functional for you as it isn't for us. Table looks great otherwise. Too bad it's so uneven. When you run your hand over it, it's like going over a hill on one end!
Purchased a bed and it was beautiful with no issues. Just the table is not recommended. If you are sure you know what you want then the customer service is great and delivery was made with no issues. But if you come across any issues good luck trying to get the problem rectified.

We have sold many of these tables and we cannot understand a low review based on a product?
But it’s ok, your order was delivered quickly, products were described accurately via our numerous telephone calls with both yourself and your husband through video indicating that this product was designed to be a rustic surface rather than a perfectly traditional flat top. We showed in detail the table surface.
The style was accepted and we find it strange that following over 1 month of DAILY use, three times a day, a client comes to us to complain. Please note, it the first time we read about such an issue ever on this product on both sizes we provide.
The only possibility at this time is a replacement be provided as per our return policy indicated on our website.
Or you simply purchase hard placemats for your guests which will be a great solution to protect the wood surface as well.
But this client is clearly on a war path with us and following her present actions, inability to understand, or come to a agreement. This case has been closed.
