Excellent work. Great crew. Vadim was polite. Installer showed how to operate the product. Construction garbage has been taken away.All interior and exterior work has been completed.

I could not be more satisfied with my new windows. Everyone involved was a pleasure to meet. The work was done very efficiently and the windows look wonderful! The clean up was so fast I could not believe they were done!! Thank you Vladimir and Andrei and the men who installed. I will highly recommend you.

We looked into windows a year ago, but put it off until end of Feb when a sale convinced us to do 2 windows where condensation was causing issues. They arrived when expected, cleared snow off the roof to access the windows, layed down mats and got to work. The work took much longer than anticipated (areas surrounding the frame were rotten and needed replacing), they took care of it and cleaned up after themselves and replaced the window fixtures. The windows made a huge improvement, and the initial advice on picking the type/style was appreciated and turned out well. It was well worth the investment and we are very pleased.

I was looking for a front door and was contacted by Big City just around that time. The sales rep was very personable and patient with us changing our minds several times. When they Came to install approx 4 weeks later as had been the time frame we were quoted they did an excellent job in approx half a day. The door looks beautiful and the trim work was exceptional. Good job done.

I was very happy with the installation of my sliding door and windows. The fellows did a great job and took time to make sure things were correct. I am very happy with the sliding door and window so far. It was the coldest day yesterday and there were no drafts coming in. It was nice and warm! I can't wait to get the rest of the windows replaced this year.
