Levelling a badly cracked and sunken garage slab.
We recently purchased a 1950s home with a detached garage that had a badly broken and sunken floor slab. Most contractors said it could not be saved and that the garage needed to be lifter and a new slab poured. Big $$$$. Calling around I was referred to Slab Lifters. Tim dropped by and said the slab could be saved and the estimate was more than reasonable. I told him that we needed it done before the pavers showed up to pave the driveway. Despite being busy, Ken and Mark showed up 2 weeks later and got to work. By the end of the day, all of the broken pieces had been leveled and the cracks filled. The garage door now closes with no gap and all the gaps under the walls have disappeared. I was skeptical at first but very pleased with the results. Great job Slab Lifters. Now thinking of raising the sunken walkway next year.
