My Mac desktop had a virus that I just couldn't get rid of so I phone ProTech on a Sunday around 2 pm, and Richard came by to pick up my computer by 5. He called on Monday to give me a status update of the computer and then had it back to me by Tuesday evening. And the repair was VERY reasonable. He also gave me some tips about back-up issues I was having and walked me through the new MAC update. I hope I don't have any computer issues in the future but if I do, I will certainly not hesitate to use ProTech again. Thanks Richard!
