I flooded my parquet floors and needed half the room repaired. They look better than they did when i moved in now! Fast and friendly service, even bought a different varnish for me so they would dry faster since i has nowhere to go.

I have just renovated my small basement and the carpeted stairs took a beating over time and during this reno. Plan was to recarpet the stairs but my contractor showed me pictures of Keen’s work. I decided to go this way and when Keen showed up with plain boards, reviewed the flooring top and bottom of the stairs then mixed stain to blend a mix of the two colors I was massively impressed. The work went quickly and now a boring, dull stairway is now an impressive first feature you see when you come into my house. When we get round to replacing our main floor stairs I will 100% be using Keen and the TFC Group. Last but by no means least, Keen and his brother-in-law are simply awesome people who take pride in providing what the homeowner wants.

The team was courteous and friendly. Happy to explain the process and the timeline. They would call if they were running late to let them us know they were on enroute and provided an estimate of when they expected to arrive.

The kick plates for the kitchen were installed after the flooring was installed. There were two spots where the flooring was still exposed and Keen came back to install the additional plans without hesitation.

This company doesn't use a level!! Our staircase renovation was executed horribly, with crooked spindles and misaligned Newell posts. Best part was, when we tried to reach out to Keen to repair his work, he was completely non-responsive. We had to pay another contractor to fix his terrible work. Complete lack of professionalism and expertise. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Keen was quick and efficient. My new wood stairs and banister look amazing and match my floors perfectly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very trustworthy and affordable.

Keen replaced the old railing and pickets in my home with new modern pickets, post and stain colour. All the work was done efficiently as part of a larger renovation and was very high quality. Keen worked tremendously hard to complete our stair reno project before Christmas. On one staircase, he stained our old oak treads to match the deep cherry colour of our floor, rebuilt the stairs from scratch for the second staircase, installed new pickets and railings for everything, including the connecting rail between the staircases. The end result was beautiful and we get many compliments.
