We did a complete transformation on your deck; Tore the deck down to the joists and then re sheeted it with T&G Select plywood, cut stucco, repaired rot, added a top cap flashing, and a lower water diverter flashing, reinstalled railings with neoprene gaskets and installed 4 new Tuff Clad deck drains with new Supreme Graphite Tufdek vinyl. it's important to give daily updates to all customers and to send photos. We believe in schedules and timelines as it is a bit stressful having a contractor at your home daily. We try to make each project as awesome for the customer as it is for us.

Awesome transformation. Celsky Vinyl Sundecks & Railings crew, tore the deck down to the joists, repaired the joists, shimmed all joists and blocked all joists before installing new tongue and groove select plywood, and new roofing grade vinyl. New aluminium railings on the deck to finish.

Thank you Darren and family. Your deck was small but quite a height. We tore it up, re-framed it with treated lumber, treated all the framing with Boracal and then sloped it and sheeted it with new tongue and groove select plywood. The Celsky team installed a new stainless steel deck drain, new gravel stop flashings and new roofing grade vinyl, then we installed a new TimberTech composite plank deck on top before re installing your wooden perimeter railings. Fun job, lots of detail and the finished deck looked awesome. No more leaks!

Thank you STRATA NW2966! We love strata projects. Probably the most challenging as we need to work around the many owners and residents coming and going. This was especially true as we stripped, cleaned, sealed and applied Masterseal Traffic bearing liquid membrane on the walkway in sections over time. Rebuilding the large front multilevel staircase with treated wood framing and Timbertech composite deck boards, new aluminum handrails made your older building look new again.
