I bought a voucher to get my gutters cleaned. I had to make 4 appointments before they showed up. They did not complete the job; they left a huge plant in one of my gutters that could clearly be seen from the driveway. I made four more appointments with Nathan the manager, complained to Buyopia and finally after providing photos of the plant in the gutter, the company is "willing" to finish the job if I take a day off work to wait for them. Considering their failure to keep 7 out of 8 appointments, I won't be taking anymore time off. The plant is still in the gutter and I did not receive the 15-point Roof Inspection that was supposed to be part of the service.
