My furnace fails every time the weather dips below -25°c because my unit was built differently than their others. The ducting must pass thru garage, mudroom, and patio and it consistently freezes over, as do my neighbors. I had to make an Alberta Home Warranty claim to get any serious action taken and has only resulted in added insulation.
