Esch Contracting Ltd

We hired this company to landscape our yard. It involved scraping the entire yard right back to the dirt so new topsoil could be laid and sod put in. We also wanted a bit of gravel put in for our dogs. We hired ESCH Contracting Ltd and when we did, the operator of the company did not mention he had plans to leave the country June 1. He came and removed the old grass and that was it! He asked to be paid for half the total cost and we paid him promptly. We were having concrete work done and told him we would let him know as soon as he could come back and complete the topsoil and laying of the sod. We tried repeatedly to contact him but he did not return our calls. We were advised by email that he left the country and wouldn't be back til July.
