Pros: The crew from Quality PotlIght was great. They showed up on time, worked hard and did a professional job. They made sure they included me on any decisions on the placement of lights. Very happy with the quality of work.
Cons: Online quote was not accurate for the actual cost for the project. I had requested an in-person quote (twice) but was told that the online quote was sufficient. The gap between quote and actual was $2000. If you are working with a tight budget, I would recommend an onsite quote.

Quality Potlights really stood out to me when I was researching a company to install potlights in my kitchen, livingroom, and hallway. Dana guided me in the selection of lights and helped me determine the best number for each location.

Tony and team showed up exactly on time and did a great job installing the lights. They were very professional, efficient and cleaned up afterwards.

I had a very great experience with Mike sent by Quality Potlight who did some electrical work at my home during renovations. He was courteous, professional and did a great job!!! I found them to be affordable as well!

I first spoke with Moe who took my initial call. He was efficient and very helpful in having the work done sooner rather than later.!!! I will be using them again very soon for another area of my home. Dana was also terrific in sending me a followup on the work done. I was quite impressed with the care taken by taking the time to send a followup for feedback on the job!!!

Quality Potlight were extremely professional in every way. The quote was what they promised. We did 15 potlights on the back of our house and they are fabulous. We liked their work so much we asked them to do potlights in our basement, and there again they were great to work with. If we every needed more we wouldn't look anywhere else!
They came on time did the work and followed up the same day with our jobs. Just perfect.

I messaged a few companies to replace a really high up light fixture (not a potlight) at my house. Not only did Quality Potlight respond the quickest, but they were the most professional and most reasonable. Dana was superb at communicating to schedule the visit. They sent technicians to my house a day later and the job was done in 20 minutes. The techs were so kind and professional. I'd highly recommend Quality Potlight for any of your lighting needs!

Quality did a wonderful job replacing old outdated pot lights in my older home. They are professional , friendly & honest. This is the 2nd time I've used them. Very Impressed!

I have just had Quality Potlight install soffit lighting, interior potlights, and a light fixture in my livingroom. This is the second time I've had them do work for me. Just like last time, I found them to once again be extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were once again very customer-oriented throughout the planning process, providing advise on things I might want to consider, but also advising against some things I had asked for but didn't really need. Dana was very accommodating (and patient...Thank you Dana) as I made my final decisions about what was to be done.

On the day of the appointment, it was extremely foggy, and I was concerned they may not be able to come and my appointment might be delayed. However, the entire crew showed up on time, ready to go. After a quick walk around with Ali, to make sure we were both on the same page, they set to work. It was a full day job, but they completed everything as requested, and left zero mess (just like last time).

Last task of the day was for Ali to do a walk-around with me and to show me how everything worked (including the initial setup of apps on my phone to control my new toys...er, I mean, lights).

I love the Philips Hue lights installed in the front. I now have lots of options as holidays come around. No muss, no fuss. I just go to my app, and choose from the millions of colour options for each bulb.
