Though the majority of the project turned out great, there were a few issues that I found after final payment. I contacted Henry in April 2017 to come and fix them (it wasn't a good time) and again in September (he was going to come by but never did). I have been trying to reach him since February but he has not returned my calls or messages. To me Customer Services is one of the most important aspects when dealing with a business. I am now left with glass in cabinets that are loose and a fireplace that did not work all winter (had it serviced before the reno started) to name a few things.
