Dave came recommended through a friend. He is professional and at the first meeting, he was patient and showed keen interest in answering all my questions, and explaining terminology to me. His crew was excellent - showed up on time, and worked efficiently, and completed the job a day earlier than anticipated. I was impressed that they went beyond their responsiblity and replaced a broken elbow in one of the rainpipes, without me asking them. It was evident that his crew liked their job. There was a camaderie amongst them.

Thank you David and the Landmark Crew! This company exceeded our expectations. They are professional, hard working, and extremely polite. From demo day where they carefully prepped the area to protect plants and windows to completion, these guys showed up on time and worked hard every day, making sure at the end of each day time was set aside to clean up debris and nails from the yard. There have been many compliments from neighbors on our new roof and also on Landmarks' work ethic, it was definitely observed by many in our area. Excellent service from David and his crew at Landmark Roofing from start to finish. David provided a quick response to an urgent roof repair . We had a leaking skylight which was damaging our interior ceiling. David identified and explained the problem immediately. His team replaced the skylight and all of the flashing around the skylight, as well as the roofing material directly adjacent. They were professional and efficient in their work and very pleasant to work with (and they were great with our very friendly dog!). I highly recommend Landmark Roofing and will use them again when it is time to re-roof our house and barn. Big thanks to David his team!

David and Landmark Roofing was one of three roofing companies I approached for quotes initially . David’s professionally laid out presentation folder and strong communication skills were the strongest of the three . His quote provided a good , better , best format to choose from and additionally provided physical examples of the materials and color choices .

The work was completed over the course of 2.5 days . David’s crew was hardworking , considerate of the landscaping and professional .

Wooden shake roof removed and replaced with shingles. Very happy with how the crew prepped the area, put tarps over lawns, bushes, etc. The job started on time and finished a little bit ahead of schedule. The crew worked very hard, were professional, pleasant to talked to and did an excellent job...we could tell they took care in doing the whole job, including all the finishing touches and clean up. Roof looks great and would definitely recommend Landmark.

After obtaining five quotes for the replacement of our cedar shingle roof with a modern asphalt roofing system we chose Landmark Roofing Ltd. They were not the least expensive but more middle of the pack in terms of cost. However, I chose Landmark for several reasons: for quality control they used their own crew rather than sub it out to a third party, they had been in business for many years and had outstanding reviews, and they offered a great warranty. The crew showed up as arranged and cheerfully flew hard at the job for a week. At the end of every day the job was tidied up and when it rained they carefully covered and protected any open areas. The owner, David Liete, was always patient with my many questions (hey, I'm not a roofer!) and made sure I was more than satisfied. I would definitely recommend Landmark Roofing based on our personal experience.
