Given the really hot and humid weather. Our air conditioner system was not working. I called A&A and owner Gary came out, diagnosed the problem (my AC was really old). Took extra time to find out why AC unit was not working. Gave us options and I decided to replace the unit. He and his team came a couple of days later replaced the unit and spent the time to make sure all was in working order before leaving.

He is professional, courteous, polite and easy to talk to. Great service, would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We are extremely pleased with the installation of our new Keeprite furnace, air conditioner and Navien tankless water heater. Gary, Jeremy and rest of team (Greg and Adrian) did an excellent job, were very professional, hardworking, and took the time to answer any questions we had. We received a number of quotes however were very impressed with Gary's initial inspection and assessment of our needs, product and code knowledge/expertise, explanation of the work that would be done, thoroughness, high standards for completing a job properly, and the pride that he takes in his work. The owner Gary was a top-notch, honest professional from the beginning to end. We wanted our new AC put in a different location. Gary and his son Jeremy removed the old unit and wiring and put the new one exactly where we wanted with absolutely no mess and for a good fair price. Gary also provided us with helpful maintenance tips for our new cooling unit.

Work is done to the highest standards. Work area is cleaned up and completed on time.

These guys were great! Fair and honest. I was happy to have chosen them to install for us and will have them return for maintenance. They cleaned up well and didn't leave my home feeling like a work site which I can't say for other contractors I have dealt with. They did good clean work and I have been happy to refer to friends and family.

Our old furnace and AC needed to be replaced as well as some rotten duct work.

Everything was up front and explained with the finest detail. Gary and his team completed the job to perfection and he also he put in a new humidifier at no extra charge. Instead of upcharging, he wanted us to feel good about our long term investment.
