The young men who came to my home to remove an upright freezer were very careful, both with their personal safety and with my house. They had a very hard job but had a good attitude and were very personable. /10

All staff I've been in contact with were professional and courteous. I fully expect to use JustJunk again should the need arise. The movers today did a wonderful job being careful with the load as most items were in shape to be donated. /10

The two guys that came to take our junk exceeded our expectations. They were pleasant, cheerful, friendly and empathetic. They went out of their way to help us out in a difficult situation. They didn't even complain about having to carry a couch and queen size mattress down 7 flights of stairs! They did everything with a smile and even whistled while they worked!
