Had a rusted out t-joint on my main plumbing line that needed immediate repair. I contacted Tyler, and although he was extremely busy, he made the time to come and fix the issue. While he was here he also came up with a solution to another problem I was having with my bathroom plumber. Tyler’s customer service is second to none and he has become a person that I can always count on. Thank you Tyler. You’re the best.

We had a crisis in the late evening and Tyler responded quickly. He and Mike got us set up for the weekend and came in to do the complete job as quickly as possible. Called Tyler about a septic backup and he walked me through the most likely issue over phone before even coming to the property. Ended up fixing the problem myself with his guidance and not paying a penny. He will be my first call next time we have septic issues!
