We found Canadian Kitchen Installers on kijiji and called them for a quote. Eddie the owner, invited us to their showroom to have a look at styles and colors. They had a wide variety of very appealing cabinet doors and colours. We were amazed by the fact that this company offered only real wood(maple) kitchens. That sold us on the spot. From our research and previous quotes, other companies were only offering MDF kitchens with wood cabinets.Eddie and Jany spent over 2 hours working on a 3D design to match our budget and preference. We were also offered a choice: hire Canadian kitchen installers to install the kitchen or install it ourself. We decided on installing it ourself as a friend of ours with previous experience with carpentry offered to help. Eddie came to take the measurements at our house and a week that day everything was supplied to our house. These guys were on time as promised. During the installation process our friend gave Eddie a couple of calls for guidance on the installation and he always took the time to help right away. Everything was built and looked amazing but aghhhhhhh the cabinet on top of the fridge was higher than it should have been and fridge was not fitting. I called Eddie and explained the situation. Even though it was Saturday night on the Easter weekend, he actually picked up his phone and after apologizing he promised to fix it on Monday evening. He brought another cabinet, removed and disposed the existing one and installed the new cabinet himself even though we did not hire him for the installation on the first place. this is what I call exceptional customer service. We are still going through renovations but I promise i will post a picture of my kitchen soon. You have no idea the amount of people complimenting us on our kitchen. It makes such a statement.
