Very efficient work. Looks great. Only fault is that the frame on the inside doesn't unclick as easy as they said.

They replaced the old windows with new energy efficient windows. They were able to finish in one day and able resolve a few problems that arose during the installation to my satisfaction.

I had new triple pane windows installed in two of the bedrooms in my house. I also have entry/storm door installed in my house.

We had Northshield come and replace the 11 windows, including a bay windows, on a house that we had just purchased. We had multiple companies come out and give quotes but after meeting with Northshield it was clear they would be the company we chose. It started with the initial visit from Alex, one of the sales rep. He took the time to explain everything from start to finish and answered all of our questions immediately, he knows what he is talking about. He worked with us to find out exactly what we wanted and was patient throughout the entire process. The price was extremely competitive with every other company we met with. It was an absolutely positive experience and hassle free.

Next on yo the installers. They were On time and effiecient. They installed all 11 windows in one day including doing all the interior trim work. They laid down blankets in all areas of the house they worked in and even took the time to vacuum up what little dirt didn't get caught in the blankets. They were professional, courteous and knowledgable.

There was one warranty issue that occurred during install, which I expected this to be a fight to get done as they had to remove the entire window to replace it. All it took was one call to Alex and a couple of pictures. Before I knew it they returned, removed the window, and made the repair. Suffice to say I was pleasently surprised by the ease of entire experience.

The workmanship was done very well and the windows and doors look great on the house. The workers were very polite and listen to all request that I had and questions on windows and doors that I had.

May, 2016 with Alex's help all the offending windows have been replaced and I can see clearly now! Thank you Alex and team!!

Initially I was very happy, however, after 2 years the windows started to develop a haze in between the glasses. That haze is now growing and covers most of the glass making it very difficult to see out or in!
2008 was the installation year, now it is 2016 and am still waiting for the Lifetime Warranty to be fulfilled. Only one staffer came to see the windows and take photos and wanted me to buy more windows as well. I said I would have to wait until the initial windows were replaced to my satisfaction prior to making any future orders. I call regularly and only get the brush off or have to leave a voice mail.
