We had Northshield come and replace the 11 windows, including a bay windows, on a house that we had just purchased. We had multiple companies come out and give quotes but after meeting with Northshield it was clear they would be the company we chose. It started with the initial visit from Alex, one of the sales rep. He took the time to explain everything from start to finish and answered all of our questions immediately, he knows what he is talking about. He worked with us to find out exactly what we wanted and was patient throughout the entire process. The price was extremely competitive with every other company we met with. It was an absolutely positive experience and hassle free.
Next on yo the installers. They were On time and effiecient. They installed all 11 windows in one day including doing all the interior trim work. They laid down blankets in all areas of the house they worked in and even took the time to vacuum up what little dirt didn't get caught in the blankets. They were professional, courteous and knowledgable.
There was one warranty issue that occurred during install, which I expected this to be a fight to get done as they had to remove the entire window to replace it. All it took was one call to Alex and a couple of pictures. Before I knew it they returned, removed the window, and made the repair. Suffice to say I was pleasently surprised by the ease of entire experience.
