I was very impressed with their workmanship and very happy with the work that the team completed at my home. The crew of four were professional, very polite, courteous and worked very efficiently. They did a great clean up when the project was done. Despite the frigid Winnipeg temperature, they completed the work beautifully. Two of the bedrooms with new windows are noticeably warmer. Once the work was completed, they explained the work they did. He showed me the newly installed door, the newly installed storm door, and we examined each window and door together. He was very thorough in showing me how to open the windows, how to take of the screens, and explained how to maintain and clean the windows. He also reassured me that if I had any concerns, that I can give them a call and they will come back and gladly resolve any issues, should any were to arise. I am very happy and satisfied with NorthShield Windows, and highly recommend them.
