Liberty Security

I've never been one to write reviews but given my recent positive experience with Liberty Security, I thought that I should let people know how pleased I am with their service and my system.

Because I have 2 large dogs, I always assumed that I was protected from theft. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I had both left for work and left the dogs locked in the kitchen behind the baby gate due to my one dog's bladder infection. When we returned, we found that the front door had been jimmied open and all of our high-priced electronics had been taken from the living room and bedrooms, along with a few other prized possessions and loose change. Fortunately our dogs were not harmed but they were also of no use against this break-in.

I was a complete wreck and a few of our neighbours suggested we call Liberty to set up a system. The sales representative they sent over, Tyler, was extremely kind and understanding and offered to even waive our installation fee and set us up THAT DAY so that we could have peace of mind. It's been a couple of weeks with the new system now and we couldn't be more pleased - it's so easy to use, looks clean and takes up barely any space, and even has features I'd never considered before (flood sensors for the basement and freeze sensors for example).

I highly recommend Liberty and their systems - I wish I hadn't waited as long as I did.

We have been very pleased with our security system from Liberty Security. We love the mobile feature and it's been so simple to use, in terms of arming or disarming when we're not on site and being made aware of who is entering the building with the separate codes for each staff. We'd certainly recommend Liberty to other businesses looking to secure their space.

Living in Auburn Bay, which had been targeted by thieves, we wanted an extra spence of security. With the team at Liberty Home Security we have more than received that feeling. From our first meeting with Cole I knew we were in good hands. The install was done when promised and the whole time we were treated with professionalism and care.
Being in sales I understand that price isn't everything. The service is top notch and follow up is prompt and on time.

We had Liberty install our alarm system a year ago - Sept 2013. All good things. Did not oversell us. Both sales rep and installer were knowledgable and punctual. Hardware continues to work exactly the way we want. Received free thank you tickets to West Edmonton Mall Galaxyland for family as well.

Liberty's customer service was exceptional right from the initial "request for quote" call through to the installation. We appreciated the quality products used, professionalism of Liberty employees, quick and courteous install and support with using the mobile device feature. We would highly recommend Liberty for anyone who is looking to install a home security system.

Had been thinking about getting a home security system for years. After a couple breakins in the neighborhood we got serious and asked around. A friend recommended we try Liberty Security. We called and got a prompt response from them. The sales representative (Troy) that came to see us, was very good to deal with. The installation went well and was easy. The system works well and the app is awesome. Being able to arm and disarm the system on my Iphone is extremely useful. Love it.

I am more than happy with their team. Installers arrived on time, were clean and friendly. They took the time to explain the system to us and ask for our input as to where motion sensors should go. Booking the appointment was quick and easy! Also, very reasonable basic monitoring packages!

After our neighbor's home was broken into we decided to install a home security system. After comparing companies and talking to a service representative we decided to go with Liberty Security. When the sales associate came out he listened to what our main concerns were and didn't try to up-sell us. The system is wireless so come installation day there were no big holes drilled into my walls and after they were finished they left the house spotless. Some of our favorite features are the "smart door lock" and how we can control the entire system from our phone. If I am out and I have forget to set it or want to see if the kids have come home yet I can just check the Liberty app... love it. We have had the system for 6 weeks now and couldn't be happier.

Overall very impressed with Liberty's service both from a sales side and technical side. Meeting with Cole was very informative for my fiance and I, as we both knew very little about our options for this type of service. Installation was quick and individual was extremely friendly and helpful.

My experience with Liberty so far has been very positive. My system works great, even with pets in the home. The staff is nice and professional and their product is priced extremely competitively. My life at home has definitely improved since getting by alarm system. Highly recommended.
