I had no serious roofing issues, however, the roof was showing some wear and tear, missing shingles, etc. I hate shopping around for quotes and usually rely on a friend or neighbour when it comes to recommendations. The original shingles had done well for about 15 years and I expect a similar lifespan from these new shingles.
