Mark painted my windows frame in the summer. He removed all the old paint from my windows and repainted them with 2 layers of paint. A non-nonsense, true professional with excellent workmanship! Retained Mark in early November 2014 for window frame paint job. He did good prep work prior to painting thus resulting in long lasting paint (based on evidence of his previous work on same frames). Repaired framing as required with no additional cost. Checked and rechecked his work while performing the work while maintaining his time schedule. His fee is very reasonable and highly competitive! His fee has not increased much since the last times we hired him in 2006 and 2009. We have such confidence in him that we will consider hiring Mark for other renovation work apart from painting.

Mark's work topped my expectation. His window painting and deck rebuilding showed his excellent craftsmanship and he always priced reasonably. Actually his price was even lower than many of his competitors. He is strongly recommended to all.

I had Mark to replace the deck in the summer. Since then, I've kept on saying to my friends that I now have the strongest decks in the neighborhood. I take pride in the new deck because it was built above ground to prevent the snow and water to soak through the wooden poles. Thanks to Mark for recommending and complying with building code.

Mark is a great guy, he's very patient, honest and trustworthy. The quality of his work is amazing, two coats of paint is applied after the removal of all the bad paint. Definitely recommended.
