We had a leak coming through a light fixture in the basement and knew just who to call. Having had great experiences with both Slava and Borys in the past, I was really pleased to hear it would be Borys coming this time. (Last time Borys installed 2 toilets for us.) Borys arrived on time. He immediately covered his boots and put on a mask. He figured out that the tub gasket on the main floor was leaking and got that repaired for us. He is professional, responsible and clearly very knowledgeable. If you have a leak or drain issues or plumbing issues, you'll be in great hands with Canada Waterproofers.

I reached out to Homestars for Plumbers to fix the problem when water was not getting out from our shower in the main ensuite washroom. Canada Waterproofers were the first to respond and I spoke with Valentyn.

I had mentioned about water hammer problem as well and he said he will come to take a look first to see how he can help.

Valentyn was on time to check the issue and he mentioned the shower cartridge must be changed to fix the problem with the main shower.
He charged $750 for replacing 2 shower cartridges (one for the master ensuite) and the other for the shower in our common washroom.

We called to schedule a leak inspection Andrew visited the next day to assess a leak issue. He was very thorough, personable and knowledgeable, we will definetly recommend them and will use them again.

Valentyn has become our go-to plumber. We most recently called him to replace a washing machine supply hose, which was completed without issue. While on site he diagnosed an issue with a toilet fill valve and fixed that promptly as well. Our experiences with Valentyn have always been positive - he is punctual and polite, and more importantly very good at what he does, and honest about what’s required to get things right. Highly recommended!

This is the BEST company!! We have 3 properties that often require plumbing services. Valentyn (Val) recently installed all fixtures in a new bathroom. Val is very responsive, shows up on time, and does excellent work. He is also very professional and knowledgeable. I experienced basement flooding in my crawl space to discover the water was coming in from outside the house via the foundation. I was referred to Canada Water Proofers (CWP) via my prior contractor and I'm so happy I called them. They came immediately to assess the issue and within about 1.5 weeks, provided an estimate, gathered the appropriate permissions from the utilities and city, and completed the job just before the next rain/snow fall and before Christmas. Upon discovering that the builder of my home had installed a vapor barrier that was 3 feet short across the back yard of my home I started searching for a company to re waterproof the exterior backyard wall. From the beginning of the job up until the end Slava and the entire team at Canada Waterproofers were helpful, knowledgeable always available and surpassed all of my expectation. Val responded within 2 hours of my request. Val showed up on time the following day, unclogged the drain and fixed the leak. His workmanship was professional and his fee was more than reasonable. I feel secure knowing that the next time that I need a plumber I can call Canada Waterproofers.

Val from Canada Waterproofers was very patient in repairing a toilet seal leak. He was able to set the toilet on an uneven floor, levelled and sealed it. He was thorough and made sure there were no further leaks. He also repaired a leaking sink drain pipe and again made sure there were no leaks. When I mentioned I was going to call and book an appointment later on to have our sump pump and back water valve checked, he was kind enough to do that for us as well before he left.
