Horrible experience and lost money
I have called York Concrete off the internet because of the good reviews.
In March 25, 2017 Joe came to give ma a quote for Porch and driveway project, he seemed great person and after informative meeting, we went back and forth about design and pricing but eventually we agreed and down payment was sent.
Project was booked, but after many follow-ups Joe never came to do the work up until i got frustrated and asked to refund me my money.
Joe tried to sign me on the Refund Agreement which doesnt allow me to write any review (thats why he got so many good reviews).
After lots of back and forward he agreed to change the refund agreement and i have signed it.
After many emails promising to send me my down payment and tons of follow up i have never seen my money from him, and eventually he stopped responding to me completely.
