Top design & build was sub contracted to frame a full home gut, restructure and renovation. A third floor addition was added, and the home was completely restructured to be an open concept. Top design and build ended up staying on and did drywall, exterior cladding, new window install, flooring, and trim & doors. I was extremely happy bringing them on board, and they saw the project and my expectations of work right to the end.
