Came on time. Loaded the junk and removed it at supersonic speed. Very nice, polite and co-operative. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely AMAZING! On Monday, October 19, Jason and Ron came to my home and provided me with a free estimate to remove 7 pallets of bricks, tile and stone (extremely heavy stuff!).

After contacting several other junk removal companies, I found Junk Stars - particularly Jason and Ron, to be the most friendly, honest and reliable out of them all (the price they offered was also very reasonable!) - so I decided to book services thru them, and they agreed to come back on Thursday to remove the construction related debris.

Today is Thursday, Oct. 22, and as promised, Jason and Ron came on time and ready for the job. They took away everything I had asked (including a few extra garbage bags I made from cleaning today) without hesitation and with a smile on their faces. I am so impressed with this company, and these two guys in particular! I highly recommend you contact these guys for your junk removal needs! I will definitely use them in the future! New Circles just completed a move and we needed a lot of cardboard boxes, broken racks, broken fixtures and other junk removed. I called Junkstars quite last minute but they were able to accomodate. They arrived and gave us a very reasonable quote and proceeded with the job. They were super efficient and communicated the process throughout the whole job. They made sure they fit all the junk into one truck load so we wouldn't have to pay extra (as we are a non-profit). They were professional and I would definitely use their services again. I would also recommend them to other individuals!

Last minute and I'm packed ready to go. One of my friends passed on the contact infor to Junk Star and asked me to call.. "they looked reputable and respectable". I called and got a quote from one of the guys in person and the job started as scheduled and agreed upon. The guys came in on moving day and by the time I opened the beds upstairs these guys were done packing the truck. Quietly and cautiously moved all my belongings. Hassle free. No damages. They were even able to take all the left over junk to toss it away, convenience. Excellent team of youthful, energetic, and healthy individuals you can count on. The guys were on time and very helpful with disposing of all our renovation garbage and some older furniture. They made sure to clean up the service elevator and were courteous with other tenants and the security team. Overall, a job well done.
