I was concerned with cold spots in my home and called an HVAC specialist who told me a home inspector would be able to help. I wouldn't have thought of a home inspector unless I was buying a home, but am VERY glad I did it! Gary was right on time and had the issue figured out quickly and accurately using some pretty impressive technology.He gave me all the info needed to do the job myself, including answering some follow-up questions. I would also have been prepared for what to expect had I needed a quote from a professional.
