Plumbing review in

I live in an apartment and had so many problems with my toilet since I lived there. First the chain was off. They fixed it no problem. Then that eventually broke it off again and they would fix it again they said I broke it myself. So I had to hire A&J installations for the extra help. I was to tired of hearing of a running toilet day an night. They also can the next day when I called them.
