I am disappointed to report that my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. The lack of accountability and failure to stand by their product has left me frustrated and regretful of choosing their services. Within a year of purchasing flooring that we paid over 12.00 a sq ft for, the product began to deteriorate. The finish was coming off in all areas of the home. (Even under furniture with no legs that never gets moved). Please see the photos below of painters tape, which even removed the finish from marking the damaged areas on the floor (as per instructions)on the floor. After promises of working together to come to a solution, only ever ended up with not ever contacting us back. After over $12,000 spent on flooring, we are having to redo our entire floors, that didnt even withstand a year. We would have been better off buying from a Big Box (which we purposely avoided) and could have done our floors 3 times over. I strongly advise others to consider a more reliable option for their flooring needs.

This is not an issue with the finish of the product, as determined by both the supplier, and a third-party floor inspector from NWFA. This was determined to be caused by incorrect maintenance practices a.k.a washing your wood floor with water.
We will always stand behind our products, but what you are experiencing is not a product defect.
Despite this, we are willing to work with you to help you out with you floor.
