Ray did an amazing job for - and is also a very genuine person. I would not hesitate to recommend him many times over. Despite a few surprises during the installation of our system, Ray didn't fret and got the job done despite the extra time it took. He is also incredibly organized and on time which - always makes things run smoother.

Contacted Ray from Total Security to reconfigure my home security
cameras which were not functiong. He sends an estimated time of arrival in a text message. He is polite. respectful and punctual. Ray
through his remote contact person upgraded my DVR's firmware. Being a senior I was somewhat intimidated by the technology but he was patient and took the time to explain. I found him to be friendly, reliable and trustworthy. You can count on him to give you great customer service at a very reasonable price. I'd like to give him a 10+
