An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was recently in a situation where my client’s mobile home had an addition that had been added prior
to them purchasing the home. It had also had some electrical work that had been added when the
addition had been completed. My clients were not aware that when an addition is done to a mobile
home that the electrical in the home must be re-inspected by the BC Safety Authority and a new ‘silver
sticker’ issued. My clients were in a huge rush to get their home sold and because we were under a very
tight time restriction, I had Chris from Rain City Electric come out and assess the situation. Chris was
able to adjust his schedule to fit us in, in order to help us out due to our tight timeline. Chris started the
work later that same day and was able to complete all the work by the following day! My clients were
extremely happy with Chris’ services. Chris is pleasant to deal with and very efficient!
