I really recommend Pest Protection Plus Inc. They are professional and honest. A Racoon mated under my house den. I called Pest Protection Plus Inc., within no time Ben showed up and solve the problem. Freed the Raccoon and his kids safely. After several months of monitoring, today Carig removed the oneway exit door and sealed the mesh.
Great job.

Mr. Anthony (Pest Protection Plus Inc) delivered really excellent job for removal of squirrels from roof in two of my houses, one in "911 Dunbarton road Pickering (in year 2018)" & another in "250 Gerrard street, east, Toronto (in year 2020)". Was very pleased with the quick response. Did a fine job. Great customer service. Cleaned up and explained everything. I highly recommend him.

I have a small dog and was concerned for his safety because of the raccoons and what they leave behind. Pest Protection Plus was excellent. Their response time from the office was very good as were the people that came to my house. I do hope the issue does not happen again but I would not call anyone else.

Alison came to eradicate mice I was hearing running above my ceiling.

This company has incredible customer service, far superior to most companies. No questions asked, they will respond back and deal with any issue in a timely manner. They are organized, reliable, professional and do a great job for the service requested. Pest protection plus uses the best notification system for booking service, giving clients notification prior to arrival and for invoicing.
We use them every year to avoid any pesky animals trying to move in.

Editing this review The below did occur and it was horrible situation, however the owner Ben did make it right. He promptly refunded my money and provided air purifying bags and rented an ozone cleaner for the room to neutralize the smell. He has since been in contact to ensure that all is still well in my home and that I have had no additional issues. My only advice when using ANY company that use bait to kill that they advise you there is a chance that the rodents could die in the walls and smell. If this had been communicated me to then at least I would have had all the information and could have made an informed decision whether to proceed or not with the treatment. Please don’t use this company to get rid of a mice problem. I asked all the right questions. Specially will the mice die in the walls and smell after eating the bait. I was assured that this would not happen. I was assured that they would leave the home to find a water source and die outside or if they die in side the home there would be no smell as the poison dehydrates them and they turn to dust. I am now dealing with a bigger problem of mice that have died in my walls and are stinking my entire house. When I contacted Pest Protection Plus about the problem again they maintained that this should not be happening. When I asked if they can locate the dead mice and remove they said no. I received no apologies and no solutions. I insisted that they remove all the existing bait and will now look for another solution to keep the mice out. Buyer beware with this company and know that if you do use bait there is always a possibly that this could happen to you.
