As a home owner I had been contemplating for a couple weeks on whether to have my duct cleaning done because I have such a hectic life schedule. After checking with a few companies I decided to settle on securing the services of Duct Cleaning Depot. Being the novice that I am it was necessary for whichever company I selected to take the time to answer my initial questions before I would feel confident enough with hiring them for the job.
Duct Cleaning Depot readily answer my questions with regard to whether they used Biodegradable chemicals which was my biggest concern because there are small children residing in my home and I didn’t want them unneccesarily exposed to anything that might be too harsh or harmful and most importantly on whether they were certified. Duct Cleaning Depot took the time to answer my questions which gave me the reassurance which placed my mind at ease in getting the job done. I have very small windows of time only on weekends to typically get any form of service work done if needed at my residence so I was happy that Adrian could pencil-me-in to accommodate my crazy schedule.
Booking a date and time was easy and within a few days Adrian and Damian arrived on schedule at my residence and began excuting the job. Embrassingly I have a bad habit of hanging around service personnel when they do work at my home so naturally I lingered around as the service was taking place to observe things. While doing so both Adrian and Damian took the opportutnity to educate and answer my questions as it related to filters and the overall upkeep of my furnace and humdifier system which as a home owner I appreciated.
Upon completion of the job Adrian and Damian conducted a walkthru of what they just did giving me a detailed rundown. As they were buttoning back up the furnace and reloading their service vehicle I was already experiencing a noticiable difference in the air quality of my home which made me happy. After they returned and I signed off on the invoice I also added an additional tip in there to express my appreciation. My furnace isn’t schedule for service any time in the near future however I would have absolutely no problem recommendating this company to anyone shopping for duct cleaning services simply due to the fact that this company delivered as promised. I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied.
