9 months after I paid the air duct cleaning with Diamond Services, we noticed a vent was not working. We called Diamond cleaning, they came right after and found a blockage 6 feet down. They re-established the air flow and did not charge us at all In spite of likely the reason for the blockage might have been that a toy or similar object went down into the air ducting system and not the cleaning they had performed 9 months ago. Quality, courtesy and post-service support are hard to find together these days. We will hire them again for our upcoming air duct cleaning for sure! Thank you.
