Diya called the day before to confirm the appt. He and his helper showed up exactly on time and were very friendly. Diya carefully explained every step and provided some cleaning tips and tricks for the future to improve air flow. Diya took before and after pics to show me just how dirty the furnace and A/C coil was. He was very professional and thorough. The price was well within the range I would expect to pay for this service. I was completely satisfied and would fully recommend him to anyone living in Durham or the GTA.
