Ductwise answered the phone for a quote on duct cleaning right away; they explained the rates, the process, etc. The quote was competitive with others but he kindly answered all questions, went into detail to explain everything and he had such glowing references, we hired him. Phillip arrived on time, reviewed the layout, the process, and went to work. The ducts had not been cleaned in 20 years, and Phillip went above and beyond to clean everything. Phillip showed us pictures of before and after on various vents. He was professional and provided advice and expertise on all aspects of maintaining our ducts, dryer vent, furnace and air conditioner. I would not hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone, he's personable, energetic, and loves his business. We will definitely call Ductwise again, and we realize now, his reviews are for real!
