Phil and Kyle showed up on time, in a clean truck, with neat uniforms and warm greetings. They cared about the saftey our indoor cats and their wellbeing during the time they were here. Phil and Kyle explained what they were doing, gave us some helpful hints on maintaining our ducts and our furnace. We were shown before and after pictures of the ducts. They left our home without a trace that they were here. Tidy.
