I've used Carpet One multiple times, my last purchase was for a Vinyl flooring plus install. I really appreciated when Bal took the time to explain all the differed types of flooring to me. It made me much more confident when I finally made my decision. Bal was very helpful and responsive. I will certainly use them again in the future.
