My husband and I are extremely happy with our new stairs, and our overall experience with Simon and his team. We were looking to have the carpet removed and hardwood installed, along with wrought iron spindles and new posts. We also wanted everything stain matched to our current hardwood colour. We obtained 6 quotes (some referred by friends and a couple from homestars). Even though we weren't referred to Simon, we decided to use SB Hardwood based on his knowledge and professionalism. He also had a reasonable quote and timeline to complete the project. All the work was done on time, and he was available throughout the entire process to answer any questions. After everything was installed we noticed a couple of the spindles were loose. We let Simon know and he was back at our house the next day to fix them. Couldn't be happier with the end product and the service!
