Tim did an awesome job on fixing 2 carpet areas in our home that had loose carpeting. He stretched them so they are now good as new and they look great.

Ryan was wonderful from Start to finish with brilliant communication - Helpful and kind, made me feel comfortable in my own home, not all workmen do that. I'd highly recommend Ryan and his work - restretched and fitted our basement carpets which had all been rolled up due to a flood and laid carpet where a yukky cupboard had once been - Ryan my superhero - I have a lovely bedroom and basement and it looks like the flood never happened and the cupboard never existed

We needed to have our carpet pulled back in preparation for some major sewer line construction and then re-installed after completion of the project. Tim was excellent in organizing and communicating logistics on both ends of the work. Ryan did the pull back and re-install. He was punctual, extremely thorough and totally professional in every aspect of his work and relations with us. I can't imagine how we could have received better service from start to finish - absolutely top notch!

Our carpet had several large bumps and needed to be stretched. Calgary Carpet Restretch sent their tech and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. He was prompt and neat and very open with what was required. No attempt to provide us with service we didn't need. Assured us that if we had any trouble there would be no issues with him coming back to fix it. We would highly recommend this company!

E-mailed CCR, got reply from Tim within a day. Said he wanted to see carpet before quoting, set time and he arrived on schedule. Tim told me exactly what he would do and how he would do it. Provided other helpful information about our carpets and underlay. Completed job as scheduled. Great job, cannot see where he removed pieces of carpet. Original seams were cut and resewn; excellent work. Communicative and friendly. Would highly recommend.
