Horrible service. Very rude lady. She did blinds in my house. In one of the bedrooms blind was installed other way around. It was an installation error. Light kept coming through the window during night time. When I called her at first she said someone will come to put it right. After waiting for weeks i called her again but she never returned my phone call or text messages when I called from different no. She had no sense of talking to the clients. She literally started yelling on me. I was shocked. She totally denied that its an installation error. Not only poor service also very unprofessional people. I don't recommend going to them at all. I hope this makes them realize how bad they are at thier business so that can improve themselves.

the said product was installed in a correct way.However when client changed arrangement of furniture which was done after blinds were installed the customer taken up this.So customer has arrived at misinformed judgement without knowing the product and concluded about wrong installation which is not the case as we as a company take pride in doing the quality work.And this was communicated to customer.
If customer want to change the product which is a special order surely company can do it for free but customer has to pay for the expenses of taking out product and the again reinstallation which is to be paid to installer
