they didn't show up on time promised and kept telling me stories, on the same time the contractors kept waiting and after all the wait, the brought the wrong bin, then they had to go back and change it!!
on of the owners promised me that they will give some discount to cover the cost i had to pay for the contractors to wait all this time, but after they picked up the bin ( i waited 4 days to see the charges) i found no discount and when i asked they just told me we don't guaranty the time!!!!
they just want to make money with very bad custmer service

Mr. Sherif, there is only one owner of Zip Binz Disposal, I Unfortunetly have had no communication with you on your recent order. Aldo our sales person booked your bin and our dispatch properly communicated the correct bin size you originally ordered with our driver. Zip Binz prides it's self on having a large inventory of bins available. Upon our delivery to your property someone at your site determined it to be the wrong size bin and asked if we could exchange it. Obviously we did (at no additional charge by the way) and had a larger bin re-delivered the same day. As well, we did give you a discount originally Mr. Sherif if you examine your invoice it will indicate a lower charge from our regular bin rental charge as well as your weight charge has also been reduced. Please review our price lists on our web site ZipBinz.ca . It seems Mr. Sherif you were looking for an excuse to receive additional discounts by indicating (wrongly) that our service was delayed, which it was not. We at Zip Binz Disposal went out of our way to service you as we service all of our clients both large and small exactly the same. You called our office numerous times asking every person from our sales staff to our accounting to our receptionist if you could get an additional discount because we were not on time. As we explained to you just the other day, Zip Binz can not guarantee an exact time of day to the minute any delivery of our waste bins. We will garauntee the day of course but an exact time is not stated anywhere in our advertising or contracts what so ever. If you wish to speak to me personally, please contact our office and ask to speak to Joseph. Unfortunately Mr. Sherif, weather, traffic, road conditions, construction, accidents, mechanical issues and so on are all out of anyone's control and we could not have guaranteed any timelines of that day or any day to have your waste bin delivered.
