For a couple of days our furnace wasn't sounding so good. It was very loud and sounded like a plane had just landed. It was still working, but not very well. You can tell the furnace was struggling to get heat circulating in the house.
Sunday morning we decided to have it looked at and Sam was on site within two hours. He had a look and mentioned that we could get the parts replaced. Since the furnace was 17 years old my husband and I decided it was worth the investment to get the unit replaced.
Sam was very informative about the installation process and the rebate offers available to us. The next day the team came and replaced our furnace. They showed us the before and after and we are very happy with the work done.
