Broken dishwasher

The technician who came out, Carlos was fantastic! He was very informative and polite. The problem was fixable for about the same cost as a new dishwasher so we didn’t bother though. We only paid the diagnostic. It was too bad that we couldn’t have just talked to a tech on the phone because he would’ve know right away it wasn’t worth fixing or the trip.
Only issue was when I told the phone rep the problem it wasn’t typed the same as I described and the tech thought it was a different issue when he came out.

Dryer Repair

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

We heard from ARS very quickly when they were contacted by the manufacturer to repair our dryer. They also booked an appointment to send a technician very quickly.
Peter arrived promptly, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the problem and clearly explained what the issue was. The repair was made immediately as Peter had the necessary part with him.
Nothing but good things to say about ARS and especially our technician Peter!

Washer repair

Carlos repaired the gasket in the washing machine. He did an excellent job. He was really nice and explained everything very clearly. Washer was back up and running quickly. Very happy.
