A very nice young man, Mike Ross, called to say he was able to come 30 minutes earlier than the appointment if that would be possible. With it being a Saturday I was quite happy to see him earlier.

Very kind young man. Answered all of my questions and got to work on the ducts. In no time at all he had finished the job. I wasn't sure how much of the dust in my home could be attributed to the ducts but I was hopeful. My test area is the dark hardwood floor in my bathroom. I have to dust and mop this every other day. Mike was here on Saturday, today is Wednesday and there is no dust in the bathroom floor.

I couldn't be happier . There are so many companies calling offering to clean vents but you never know who you are getting. I am so glad I found the advert for Steam Dry Canada at my local homedepot.

I have no problem recommending this company, and especially Mike Ross , for your duct cleaning needs.

Made the appointment through Home Depot to dry clean our 3seater settee(Ultra suede).The associate-his name was ROGER-
phoned and arrived on time at 09;00a.m. put on his protective
slippers and commenced work,all the time telling us why & what
he was doing.We were amazed & surprised as to how much dirt he was able to extract.We then got it scotch-guarded for another $55.00...and the settee now looks as good as new when first purchased.ROGER was wonderful and spent over 1HOUR and took pride in what he was doing,he is an ASSET to the company.

Jimmy-Ly and Joel arrived at the scheduled time and explained everything prior to starting. They showed my pics of some dust bunnies and explained the sanitizing process well. Very personable young men who knew what they were doing!

Ben Bruinsma was the technician and he was very friendly, and was very efficient. He did a great job on the carpets and I will definitely be calling again when the carpets need another clean. Really affordable. Thanks!
